A DFW roofing contractor was managing leads in a spreadsheet, following up manually by phone, and had no system for crew scheduling, job tracking, or customer communication. The public-facing website was dated and not ranking for local search terms. The business was losing jobs to competitors who responded faster.
Built a two-part system: a Next.js public marketing site with service area pages, lead capture forms, and local SEO architecture — plus a full VPS-hosted admin panel with CRM, lead pipeline, crew scheduling, job status tracking, Twilio SMS/IVR automation for instant lead follow-up, and a batch property data pull system for proactive outreach.
