Services
MAX EV Digital LLC ("we," "us") provides web development, digital marketing, automation, and related digital services to clients on a project or retainer basis. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Payment
Payment terms are established per project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery of all assets and credentials.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom work product created for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or assets needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines without penalty to MAX EV Digital.
Revisions
Revision policies are defined per project. Work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
MAX EV Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of deliverables or interruption of digital services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in dispute.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. MAX EV Digital LLC is a Wyoming registered company operating with offices in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX and Las Vegas, NV.
