Managing video content production, scheduling, and distribution across multiple media properties — each with its own YouTube channel, content strategy, and audience — required a centralized operations hub. Without one, content tracking, pipeline status, and channel analytics were scattered across disconnected tools.

Built a Next.js internal operations platform serving as the production hub for all MAX EV Digital video content. Tracks content pipelines per property, manages YouTube distribution strategy, provides a centralized welcome dashboard for collaborators, and serves as the internal content calendar and status board for all active video production.
